-solid pay and benefits, especially for a not for profit -CEO is relatable and accessible -work life balance, paternity leave policy, they are realistic people have lives outside of work -incredibly rewarding and interesting work -you get to work with really smart people -company is taking DEI seriously and promoting more women and POC into senior management -highest respected company that is well known in industry -very stable and healthy financially

-bureaucratic -poor data -siloed The company at least recognizes the above issues and is working to correct them.
