Pros
System Wide has been upgraded, Tel Phone, Training, Customizations to Connect HRIS and Payroll. Upper Management is Striving to make their employees feel comfortable with their work so they complete their tasks on a timely Matter.
Cons
Performance Review Management is not done on a Timely manner with Salary Planning, Merit Increases, bonus. Open Door Policy in HR is not that "true". Promotions and Moving Up that the Ladder takes decades. Accrual for both PTO and 403b is no-no. Overall b+
