      Pros

      Depending on your venue and the management there, could be a really great place to work or not. Some of the best benefits I've ever had!

      Cons

      Corporate struggles to focus. One month they will say this is the priority, the next month it could be completely different and then they will act upset or flustered as to why things are not done yet at the venue level. Despite the lack of communication, training, and support for any of the changes they demand.

      Pros

      McCormick Place? Biggest show in the country! Love the facility, the people there were the best in the industry. ASM Global good to work with, hopefully their focus on technology at the facilities increases!

      Cons

      IT is typically an afterthought with ASM and in the industry at large. Chicago getting more and more dangerous!
