      Pros

      Culture is great, very friendly. Lots of benefits including corp gym membership, discount schemes, annual bonuses and dedicated sports and social committee that organised weekly and monthly events.

      Cons

      Many managers need training on how to manage people. In some areas, managers are great and nurture development, in others; managers stifle development and are very stuck in their ways.

      There is no Pros to working for ASM!

      Cons

      ASM is the very worst company I have ever worked for in my life and I have worked for some bad ones. They work you 7 days a week and then treat you like trash. They fired my in July paid me my last pay check and then reinstated me 2 days later as they realized they screwed up. I have since quit them and now they are keeping my now last paycheck and wanting me to pay them money back for my relocation, which was voided the day they fired me. So if you want to work for a crappy company ASM is your place to work!
