Promotions are slow. Family benefits could be better.

Decent benefits, flexible schedules, fun projects, Opportunity for travel, management is (generally) generous with covering expenses associated with work and travel. Technologically innovative and diverse employees. In general this company has a solid integrity within the archaeological community.

There is rarely promotion from within. This company will hire out instead of promoting current employees. There is virtually no training for new employees resulting in a sink or swim environment. These two things result in disgruntled employees and lack of trust. Hard work and loyal employees are not always recognized. The company is focused on profit which results in a heavy workload and projects getting shelved. Upper management does not effectively communicate
