It is my first job here so this company taught me alot till this stage and made me stand in the industry.
Cons
Cons of this company are there is no organisational structure. There is no proper HR that could take care of the inter matters and deal with it’s employees. Even we are a HR outsourcing company but unfortunately we don’t have an internal HR. We do follow the other’s organisational structures and there esteems but we don’t have in our company.
