Pros

(Thinking for the past 20min to remember any Pros of working here) Finally... A working Elevator, good coffee machine are the biggest pros (Though crowded most of the times)

Cons

You work as a Recruiter with a Fake name (Pseudo name), with a fake Identity, with in a fake location, with Fake jobs (Third party), with fake pay rates and do fake submissions (Tell the candidate that resume has been submitted) and try to make real money out of it. Dignity of Labor is a big joke here. You have to swipe out and pee so that Peeing time is out of working hours. You have to collect funds every month from every employe to feed management and call it POT LUCK you can escape this by getting some food packed from home as your contribution. More than anything else, You have a SUPERMAN, who Fought in WW1, WW2, Vietnam war, Indo-Pak wars, etc.. (So many) and is always ready to fight in WW3. Every submission you make will be compared with his performance. And there is a Tiger Cage. Management will send you into that if you don't perform well. That tiger won't eat you, it will pressure-cook you for few hours straight and leave you just before you commit suicide.

Pros

The communication with ASK has been fantastic, answering all of my questions and providing support along my onboarding and getting acquainted with the new role. Proactive in communicating updates throughout the process. Nice reminders about such things as submitting my timecard every week.

Cons

I seemed to have passed through many people along the way. Sometimes I wasn't sure whom to ask questions to.
