The leadership at ASJ consistently is on-site and very interested in what we employees do on a day to day basis. - often provide breakfast and/or lunch’s - it’s a small company so, it definitely has that “family” vibe - the bosses really seem to care about us - managers are flexible with our work schedule, big plus Keep up the good work!

- it’s a small company so not a lot of extra benefits outside of the normal stuff like 401k, healthcare, vacation and holiday leave - pay is average, being 100% based on government contracting, my pay is sort of fixed - that’s really all I can think of
