      Pros

      Some coworkers make the shifts bearable, but not much else.

      Cons

      Waiters are expected to handle everything while being underpaid and treated like they're replaceable. The kitchen is slow, customers get angry, and management doesn't care about the chaos they've created. Tips are unpredictable, and the scheduling is an absolute disaster. The worst part? They'll promise to fix things but never actually do anything about it.

      Pros

      This company is full of people who are passionate about design and it's great to be around. The projects that we work on are interesting, unique, inspiring.. the list goes on! The culture is down to earth, flexible, and people are nice.

      Cons

      Sometimes the hours are long depending on what stage projects are in.
