Joining ASH was the worst choice I have ever made in my entire career. The culture in this place is toxic and unpleasant. Too much politics and cliques. No matter how experienced you are, if you are not their cup of tea, they will not acknowledge your existence. They treat people like they are nothing, they are due and obnoxious. If you are unwell, don't bother asking them for support, they do not care and never will.
