      Pros

      The work: Lots of ownership over the work, managers trust you to do your job, really well structured reviews throughout the year. The atmosphere: Lots of company events, team dinners, easy to speak to higher management.

      Cons

      Benefits are not as great as my previous employers, the nature of the work is logistically challenging at times.

      Pros

      This company is full of people who are passionate about design and it's great to be around. The projects that we work on are interesting, unique, inspiring.. the list goes on! The culture is down to earth, flexible, and people are nice.

      Cons

      Sometimes the hours are long depending on what stage projects are in.
