Cons

Declined to tell me there were benefits during the interview. Wage negotiation was slimy, with recruiter saying I would lose the job if I didn't take lower wage, then said he'd call the company I'd be contracted to and discuss it with them, but didn't call. Filling out application, asks if I am willing to work with blood. I state, "No." Then, when I'm on the job, there is blood work. Once I found out I got benefits, it was bogus, as the email verbiage makes it sound like it is 90-days before you get anything. Then in first 30 days, you have to complete benefits form. I declined signing mine as when I tried to submit, the system was working. I included this information at time of declining (which did work). I then get an email from HR telling me I've fully declined my bene's. They claim if you get your hours submitted before 5PM Friday, then they get crunched for the week, else you've to wait until Monday or Wednesday. I submit by 3PM Friday, manager sign's off on them 15 minutes later. I should then be getting my paycheck on Tuesday. They hold it until Friday. They'll send an email out stating they've received everything Friday, but then they hold off until Wednesday to crunch hours and will send a second email stating they just got your hours several days after submitting on Friday. They seems to be no actual details as to how this circus of a company works. Emailing the recruiter results in an email stating he'd already sent the info. But really, he sent nothing. I don't have an office to go talk to anyone. There recruiting facility in Seattle is just that, recruiting. You'd have a warmer reception working in the Arctic. I don't recommend working for them.
