      Can't think of one.

      Cons

      Dispatcher dishonest about specific site description and duties required at specific site. Uniforms are expensive. Have to pay for own training to work on construction sites where gas heaters are used. Have to travel far to get to work sites.

      The co workers are great

      Cons

      Managers are fake. They pride themselves in not slandering each other but thats all they do to anyone no matter how hard you work. They'll make promises they can't keep and until you confront them they won't tell you different
