Pros
Office culture is great; when I started, everyone was really welcoming and now I have been here over a year I can see why others have stayed so long. Atmosphere is ace, great banter and the management have balanced work/fun really well. Benefits are awesome - the standard stuff but also birthdays off, lots of holiday days, staff days and nights out, incentives, prizes, bonuses for sales and non sales staff, consultant of the month prize, achievers lunches discounts at loads of places around the city, we have a GOAL in the office and a beer fridge and table football!
We get quarterly reviews which are really helpful and the training is the best I have ever seen. Approachable management is a big part of the good atmosphere I think, they sit out with us not in some office somewhere so there is no fear when you need to talk to them about something.
They made a point of explaining the companies values and mission statement and the fact that they don't believe in bad tactics that give recruiters bad names. I've heard this stuff a million times before but never worked somewhere before where they actually meant it!
Career progression opportunities go right up to corporate/director level so there is a real feel that you can develop a career here. (I'm certainly going to try!)
Cons
We haven't got basketball nets... yet!
