- Co-workers are fantastic. Every single person I worked with was amazing, and my managers were helpful and understanding - Most, if not all positions can be done remotely - Benefits include some things you don't usually find

- Pay is abysmal. Do not expect to make what your position is worth - Clients are rarely nice to work with. They are stubborn and occasionally very mean if the company doesn't bend over backwards to add entire new features just for their gym - If the company gets in financial trouble, they will trim from the bottom up, so to speak. Executives stay with their big salaries while those at the bottom are laid off to save the company money. Don't expect loyalty, even if you give it
