Pros
The only pro of the job was working at an agency
Cons
Lets start with the benefits.... The health care offered is good coverage but the price for it is just below market price, seriously only like 20 dollars less. PTO takes forever to show up on the timesheet to be used and you will be forced to take PTO instead of LWOP (leave without pay) so I hope you don't want to save those PTO days up for emergencies or planned trips. They have also lied about providing a traveling stipend to those they force to travel outside their normal operating location. Now on to the leadership. The inefficiency, inexperience and ignorance of the team leads, especially the team lead for the CFOMS contract, is astonishing and a little scary. To have someone who has no idea what they are doing and has no willingness to learn and grow is professional suicide. I hope, for the sake of all working under that team lead, that they quickly find someone to take their place or risk losing that contract.
