      Pros

      The full production stack (from the bare metal hardware project and production to the highest level software development) is performed internally. The company continuously invests most of its resources on upgrades, research, patents, and new projects. Its financial growth and results are performing a good trend from many years. Salaries above the average.

      Cons

      Some departments do not cooperate with others, following their own needs despite of the company's ones. Slow career progression. No much benefits are proposed by now.

      Los horarios (guardias 3 al mes y los fines de semana 3 trabajados y uno solo libre. No aumento de sueldo por más de diez años.
