Pros
Warm friendly culture, family atmosphere. Very supportive and flexible environment. Total compensation is excellent. Employees are highly engaged and work with a purpose. the organization is very involved in the community and charitable work.
Cons
There are not many cons to be honest. The current building is a bit run down but they are inthe process of moving to a brand new building which will be fantastic.
