Pros
Students are diverse, great pay, lots of training, always something to do, great work/life balance, the staff work hard, friendly once you have been there a while
Cons
Management do not listen to staff, too much training, low staff morale, you are just a number, favourites get listened to but the majority don't, unsupportive SMTs, high staff turnover because of SMTs.
