Overtime isn't encouraged, excellent 401K match, ability to swith to different teams/disciplines to gain more experience

The lack of titles and clear hierarchy can be confusing when starting out, onboarding was not very well managed but improving

some co-workers can create a good environment. 3 years later and i still talk and see a few on a regular basis

It is completely inappropriate for the CFO to also serve as head of HR—a clear conflict of interest. During my time at the company, I reported directly to the CFO/head of HR, Debbie. Once, I was out of state for my grandfather’s funeral, and an IT employee, Stephen, sent me an unsolicited and explicit drawing of a naked man and woman I immediately forwarded it to Debbie in her role as HR. Her only response was, “Ignore it. I doubt he would send that." There was no follow-up. I never heard about it again. When I left, I told CEO Thom Williams, who apologized and said he had never been made aware of the situation. I still have the original text and images. The fact that this was swept under the rug speaks volumes about the company's handling of serious workplace misconduct.
