Pros

You have the opportunity to learn a lot if you befriend the right people to train you. In sales, what you kill is yours... No limit to territory or accounts.

Cons

Most of the people in management are related to each other. In sales, quotas are created without rhyme or reason and commissions are paid out on a percentage of the gross margin on a project AFTER the customer has paid and any cost related to the project including travel and associated expenses have been calculated into project cost. Typically, 6-8 months. People are overworked and underpaid. Full 401K matching only occurs after 5 years with the company.

Pros

It's remote work, so that's always a plus. They offer bonuses just to show up on time and work your whole shift.

Cons

Very strigent schedule, and even though they say in interviews that it's easy to give hours away after training if you don't want full time hours, that's not accurate. Most people want you to pay them to work your shift on top of getting actually paid by the company. Additionally, not schedule related, the training is intense and doesn't hardly cover the things you'll face. If you can't figure those things out on your own, they'll write you up.
