Pros

The people are why I stayed so long. I loved my co-workers. Immediate management was great and understanding as well.

Cons

Upper management will work you to the bone. I worked 70+ hours a week, for a 30k/yr salary - which means I was making $8.20 an hour. It was high stress and you were NEVER compensated for being on-call on nights and weekends. I was even promised a bonus after successfully completing a big project and then was told that I wasn't going to get it. So many people left after a year or two that they blamed the temp to hire company that recommended all of us, instead of admitting that they should have valued their employees and not work them to the bone - or at least compensate them fairly for the work they do. Anyone who is not in the sales department is viewed as "non-essential". I heard this directly from the CEO in a sales meeting.

Pros

It's remote work, so that's always a plus. They offer bonuses just to show up on time and work your whole shift.

Cons

Very strigent schedule, and even though they say in interviews that it's easy to give hours away after training if you don't want full time hours, that's not accurate. Most people want you to pay them to work your shift on top of getting actually paid by the company. Additionally, not schedule related, the training is intense and doesn't hardly cover the things you'll face. If you can't figure those things out on your own, they'll write you up.
