the employees are treated as slaves . you can not leave company without asking manager , not even for 2 minutes . you are not allowed to go down for breaks .
Cons
very rude behavior with employees . even they say it is an IT company , there is no saturday OFF. you are eve called on sunday . Increment is very very low .
