Pros
Overall great experience before the changes in management. Good salaries at the beginning. A chance to work in a multicultural team of professionals that support respectful and productive work environment. Opportunities for remote work and relocation.
Cons
1) Poor management and prioritization of short term profit over growth. 2) Not suitable for long term work. Sudden budget cuts and mass layoffs are common. 2) High staff turnover. I've seem people from different departments come and go since the beginning. 3) After the changes in management in our department, there were drastic changes in work environment. Overtime work, calls and demands to do tasks during vacation and off days, underpayment, overall dishonesty, miscommunication and unnecessary critisizm became commonplace. 4) Salary cuts and underpayment. While in good workplaces you may expect a raise or salary increase overtime as appreciation for your work, here, salary cuts are much more common. The company prioritizes short term savings over loyalty and growth.
