      Pros

      Only IT consulting agency that works with NJ Transit in 2020 (to my knowledge). Hired full time at NJ Transit within a year (started conversion in less than 4-5 months). Work life balance at NJ Transit is very good. Best manager I've ever had (NJ Transit). Interact very little with ASB Resources, almost exclusively work with NJ Transit. Basic insurance

      No paid time off, of any kind. Pay is pretty low, although it's pretty good for entry-level employees like me

      Still trying to find something positive to mention, as even basic employment services and support appeared to be missing during my time here

      - My employment with ASB Resources was terminated while I was on pre-approved client-side leave during a personal trip to India. ​ - The termination was backdated, even though there was an active contract between ASB Resources and the client for whom I had been working for the previous six months. ​ - HR appeared to be present in name only; multiple emails requesting clarification about my status and dates received no response. ​ - Be cautious about how they handle employment dates, mobile numbers, and other critical personal details. ​
