Pros
- If you get lucky with who your executive leader is, it can be a fun and fast-paced environment. - Pay is good depending on the role.
Cons
- You need to have a "hungry personality" which is how they define people who work 60 hours weeks without complaining and don't take time off. - Unlimited PTO has harsh retaliation if utilized. - Very poor leadership all around. Absolutely no compassion for people.
