Pros
Building relationships with other remote co-workers and learning from them was the only positive at Waitr/ASAP.
Cons
Multiple mass firing events. Quick to let go of long-time employees. Loosing money daily. Does not care about their delivery drivers and has handed them off to "Delivery Logistics" Does not pay restaurant partners based on their contract. Surprises them with hidden fees such as monthly data fees. Closing multiple major markets due to loosing market share to DD & GH. "Moving away from delivery" to focus on stadium delivery & credit card sales. CEO too scared to communicate with workers and provides no direction or feedback. Upper management has no idea what is going on so they give vague directions which lead to sour relationships with restaurant partners and drivers.
