Think twice before joining this company... 1. No work life balance. Tons of work, terriffic working hours, unrealistic deadline. Weekend working is common. Extremely high pressure. 2. Very cheap quality of work. 3. Salary always late. You have to ask for bonous/reimbersment many times. 4. You have to ask for basic office employee need. 5. No doubt, this is one man show, his autocratic behavior ruined company. 6. No leave, you will barely get leaves even from yearly quota. 7. Worst management. Etc. Last but not least
