This company is nothing more than a one‑man show—and that man is the CEO. He is directionless, ego‑driven, and completely devoid of empathy. His worst traits include: Treating employees like slaves, making them work insane hours with zero respect for personal time. Demanding unrealistic deadlines while delaying salaries and bonuses for months. Running the office like a fear camp—everyone is scared to speak, ask questions, or raise concerns. Using coercion and harassment to push over‑worked juniors beyond their limits. Openly blackmailing people with threats of termination or salary withholding. Having no clear vision for the product—just putting up a fake show of “work” and “clients.” Lying constantly, even about the smallest, most pointless things, just to save face. He thinks he knows everything about everything, which makes him completely closed to feedback or improvement.
