      Can't think of any beside the fact that you need to be flexible to where you going to be sent for a shift

      Employment opportunity for interested individuals

      Cons

      ASA prioritizes profit over proper care for agency staff and clients. Managers and their internal staff are poorly trained and have no willingness to resolve issues or to communicate clearly. I would strongly advise (councils and other institutions or companies) against contracting ASA as they only care for profit and not their agency staff wellbeing which is extremely disappointing.
