      Nice office, free tea and coffee and not much else to be honest. If I can think of anything else I would add it.

      Pros

      Lots of OJT with a very experienced workforce. You have lots of opportunity for advancement with this company and are rewarded for hard work and being a team player.

      Cons

      Most of the work is outside in the elements but that is what line maintenance is all about
