      Slowly the company is turning into a Chinese factory. - Ok, But Low Pay ASA Computers Employee Review

      Pros

      Not much pros here but it's ok to work for an initial period. No pressure (unless you are into sales or marketing or production). They doesn't care if you decide to leave they will ghost you and treat stupid.

      Cons

      Pay rate is super low when compared to the current market. Arvind is a friendly guy but he should understand why certain community (Indian) people are leaving the work environment. Headline justify everything. More preference will be given if you are a Chinese and wanna work in the production area or in the assembly team. In Production they does micromanagement like literally they do shoulder surfing especially the short guy who is responsible at production area. As mentioned, some community people doesn't like being partial and left the company.

      Pros

      Management is accommodating to employees needs. Work load is manageable. Company is providing training and pays for the certification exams. A lot of employees are staying with the company.

      I hope they do cross training with other departments.

      Pros

      Overall I would say ASA Computers / Racklive is a great career opportunity for Computer Science or IT/IS majors looking to get their foot in the door to an industry using computers running in data centers. Whether you manage "cloud" machines or "on-premise" machines, you will learn a LOT about the types of systems used by working through this company. This company sells those machines -- and benchmarks them to ensure well-performing machines -- to many large organizations. * The company also caters lunch for staff on special occasions which is nice. Bagels on Friday as well. * They are pretty good in giving end of the year bonuses to people who are there by the end of the year. * 401k + healthcare is pretty par for the course for a small business.

      Cons

      - Salary is not based off of what you bring to the table. The company cares more about customer-facing positions than whatever goes on mid-sales.
