      Pros

      I normally would say it's the people you work with everyday, but even they can take so much before no one has a desire to come in any longer.

      Cons

      - Absolutely horrible salaries - not going to find new talent with that one. - Dress code is ridiculous. - Work hours exceed all limits based on salary.

      Pretty good pay, great job if you like being on the road.

      You end up covering for people that aren't good at their jobs, or don't care to do a good job.

      do what you want, wait until HR calls you.

      Cons

      Blood letting still occuring- don't be fooled. They're still back filling the important smart people that were let go in the countless layoffs.
