Pros
I worked with a lot of very smart people at Arxium, who were developing a highly complex product. It was a great opportunity to learn from peers and other departments. The company culture was also quite friendly and employees were aligned to the same goals.
Cons
There was a disconnect between management and office employees, in terms of decision making, knowledge of the product/systems and opinions.
