Pros
Have been working since 4 month. Found HR or admin people very co-operative. Have good communication with employee. Helping employee to gain more expertise. Conducting events to give better feel. Hiring more and more employees adding strength to organisation.
Cons
Nothing much as cons have found till now. But It's very hard with communicate or go to office once we are in client location. However our stuff mostly taken care in mail or call.
