      Pros

      Getting on good projects will get you great experience.

      Cons

      I have spoken to them on maybe 3 occasions while I've worked here. Changing markets could get your contract cut pretty quickly, and they have a limited number of companies they work with, which means you are limited in the contracts you can do.
