Pros
A19 is full of brilliant and compassionate regional and issue-expert teams. The work is fulfilling and meaningful. A global team, it brings in and attracts many talented individuals.
Cons
While there are great team members, it seems that the senior leadership, HR, finance teams are hampered by the inertia of outdated administrative and technical processes and bureaucratic policies. The systems currently in place can barely support a global team that is battling mis/disinformation and acute cyber security attacks.
