Cameras everywhere, inside, outside yet they need a hall monitor. Nothing is measured it's all done by eye-balling or with fingers. Orders were never written or picked correctly. Your constantly being under scrutiny with little to no positive reinforcement. Large orders would brought out at 2-3 pm with next day deadlines and the expectation that it was done by 430pm.
