Cons
One or two people, I.e., management, make working here miserable, but hey if you like golf, they will still treat you like crap. They talk about fitting into the culture and having thick skin when in reality it's just one executive that treats everyone in the organization so horribly that people leave crying. Executives take trips to locations like Hawaii to celebrate the achievements of the company but don't bring any employees. When you try to bring up an idea to improve something they will shut you down, make you feel stupid, then when the problems repeat its self they blame you. Executives change processes every other week without sending out communication and belittle employees for not knowing about the changes. Management holds grudges, so if you disagree or believe in something keep your head down. If not, you will get on managements bad side, and they will find a way to fire you and say "he/she is not a good cultural fit". They talk about how important and well-rounded their values are, but the problem is management does not follow them. They will tell you that all of the bad reviews on this site are from people that were not a good "cultural fit" or disgruntled employees. In reality, every negative review on here is an exact interpretation of what it is like to work at ARMS Reliability.
