Pros

- a truly great product that fits a huge need - a lot of groundwork has been done to set this company up for success, they are at the launching point - ownership heavily investing in production and sales is a good sign - a lot of ambitious people who are willing to go above and beyond to get this company to the top - small ownership group allows for agile decisions

Cons

- not everyone is on the same page. different processes, software, way to do things - hierarchy is quite confusing, different titles for similar roles, many people wearing many hats - not uncommon at early stages - small ownership group can be intimidating, it appears most people have less than 2 years experience - looking for more examples of internal promotions and people moving up who came from outside the ownership group

Pros

Location, hourly workforce, flexible, schedule

Cons

Management is chaotic and changes are made at key positions more often than you change your underwear. It's smoke and mirrors management that is young and inexperienced at growing company revenue. Current employees beware: Armorock keeps your accrued PTO time when you separate. They will only payout up to 80 hrs IF you provide at least 2 weeks notice. Kinda negates having an accrual rate tied to tenure and saving your earned time for a rainy day. Watch what the managers do, not what they say. Armorock doesn't give 2 rips about their employees, in spite of their 'appreciation' days. Couldn't be happier since leaving.
