      Pay, benefits average, laid back at first but eventually, at no fault of your own, they blame you for doing your job too thoroughly in fear of customer retaliation.

      Cons

      No support, No loyalty, No communication. HR representative is just another employee she has no loyalty to anyone but managment. She isn't to be trusted.

      Will hire people with limited Fire alarm experience. Ability to move ahead in roles.

      Cons

      No set training or expectations. Unscheduled overtime expected frequently. Will Have you out of town often if you allow. Severely understaffed for the workload.
