As a nurse it is rewarding to work for a company that is driven by providing exceptional patient care. The company is continuing to grow and rewards it's employees well through it's internal bonus structure.
Cons
Sometimes there can be extended periods of time spent in the car and it can get lonely; but it's better than being stuck behind a desk or behind hospital walls all day.
