The company is growing and changing constructively. There is an open willingness to change and move things in a positive direction from everyone. Leadership is open to ideas and ways the company can improve and supports the efforts manifest those changes. Co-workers are always friendly and personable.

Some process gaps have allowed some things to go unchecked for a time.
Recent executive hires clearly lack the knowledge and experience to run their departments. The sales team is rigid and whiny and management seems to give them whatever they want. I also have to note that every minority employee they had was either fired or chose to leave in the past year.
