The work with clients itself can be great! Colleagues can be great! Benefits package is a plus.
Cons
The management of programs and the organization was horrible. Staff members do not have access to resources to do our jobs--one computer was shared between 5 people. Clients were treated horribly by the management of my program. My direct supervisor acted inappropriately several times, with some clients and staff experiencing revictimization from outbursts. This was reported to the administration multiple times, but nothing was done (and she was promoted).
