There are some nice people there

If you are incapable you will be fine. You are set up to fail if you have experience or do not nod when told. Management are incredibly toxic particularly HR and operations. Borderline rude. Staff are treated on a face fitting basis and most people are unhappy but would not dare say so. Regular questionnaires which are clearly read and no one ever hears the results (don’t be truthful in them). Good management removed as toxic management is threatened.
