Pros

The only reasons to work for this company are you are badly in need of a job or you are have some interest in point of sale.

Cons

The management staff constantly lies and their actions towards employees prove they only care about making money. The CEO is extremely demeaning to employees and he likes to fire off snarky e-mails in the middle of the night to his employees. This company does not have good relationships with former employees. Their calls for assistance are unreturned. The mention of awards on this site are false. I worked there and I know for certain that we didn't win any awards. This company hasn't won an award for anything. The picture on the fake Best of Naperville award on the company's Facebook page is photo shopped. The claim of CIOReview recognition is also false. There is no mention of this company for promising anything. Typically, companies link to the actual article of their received recognition. Since the awards are fake, Arba only has a fake award and the CIOReview logo on their sites. That is a red flag. The hospital gift shop network that they mention on this site prohibited them for advertising on their newsletter over two years ago due to terrible service. Many of their clients have chosen to go with another point of sale company.

The above claims that our company was not featured in CIOReview magazine, and did not receive the “Best of Naperville” awards are false and known to be untrue. Pros

Managers are very helpful and communicate very well. Goals are set very clearly and tracked regularly. All staff members seem happy and like their job. Comes with flexibility.
