- You're not micro-managed - Excellent benefits - Company socials - Hybrid working - Casual dress - Environment doesn't feel 'corporate' - Hard working and knowledgeable colleagues - Free fruit, coffee, squash and tea! - Majority of people are friendly - Lunch with the CEO with new starters upon joining.
Cons
- Management do not listen or care to - Cliquey; it's obvious if you don't fit in - Job is very demanding - often have to do over-time (unpaid) to keep your head above water. - High turn-over, which increases workload - Limited opportunities for career progression - Lack of professionalism from long-standing members of staff and management - Workload is not even - some people have more work than others.
