Shocking HR and management who claim to have progressive employee policies in place - it's more important to be seen to be taking care of employees undergoing mitigating circumstances than actually following through. A couple of disabled colleagues were denied statutory reasonable adjustments as stated in the UK Equality Act 2010 - totally illegal.
