      Pros

      Fantastic benefits including socials, health, pension. Go far beyond most employers with employee benefits. Great managers/directors and staff in general. They really want you to be happy coming to work and will do all they can to be flexible with your needs

      Cons

      Need to employ more staff but recruitment is hard for everyone at the moment so I understand the difficulty
