Pros

Small company, easy enough software to learn.

Cons

In the few months I worked for arworkflow the owners managed to fire everyone I was working with and then soon after, me. I was hired as a csm, but was also doing BD and sales. i was not properly trained for the role and was constantly controlled with how long i was on the computer for. I completed all of my tasks before schedule, was very productive, responsive and had great relationships and retention rates with the clients I interacted with. Ultimately, I was fired because I was being micromanaged be the owners, they were tracking my laptops activity and they didn’t like the fact that I wasn’t glued to the computer for 8 hours straight

Pros

The team helps each other out when tickets pile up, and you never feel like you’re left alone. Leadership is approachable and easy to reach.

Cons

Support volume spikes after big releases, which can get hectic if not managed carefully.

Cons

As the company is growing fast, processes are still being streamlined. Some roles may require adapting quickly to new changes (but that also keeps things exciting)
